Friday Night: Concert in the Park
Pearland Parks and Recreation offers a free concert series during June. We wish we would have gone out sooner, but we did make it for the last night. We popped some popcorn, grabbed our swimsuits, a blanket, and headed to the park. The kids loved dancing to the music, getting free ice-cream, and playing in the Splash Pad.
It was a great night... not too hot... with smiles all around. It doesn't get any better.
What a smart idea for the kiddos to play in the water! How fun! And what a perfect thing for HOT Houston! I'm glad you at least were able to enjoy one night!
