Thursday afternoon, John got an itch for a vacation... and boy are we glad that he did. :) Lucky for us there was a great "last minute deal" for a little beach house down at Surfside Beach. (only about 50 mins from our house) We were so excited... and so were the kids :).
Friday afternoon it was a bit cloudy, so we just got settled, played some frisbee, and walked along the beach. Yes, Dallin fell in - getting his only sweatshirt soaked! Oh well, good thing we had a dryer in the little beach house.
Saturday morning the kids were up early and ready to go. After a yummy breakfast we hit the beach. Because we also wanted to watch General Conference that day... we played for a couple of hours, then headed back up to the house for naps, lunch, and conference. After the first session was over... we headed back out for some more fun... :)
