95 degrees???

It was steamy hot yesterday... hot enough for the splash park.

But right before we were to go (while we were in a store running errands) the rains came!!!

It had cleared enough after the store and the rain had subsided ... so we went to the park anyway. The kids had a blast. But within 30 minutes the rains came again. Connor and I were under a tarp for shade ... not for rain... and when it started to rain hard even Connor and I were soaked. It was time to go. But it was fun while it lasted.

WE LOVE THE CIRCUS

It was a last minute plan....

I saw something about the circus and thought I would check the dates. Of course, it was ending that weekend (This was last weekend). Bummer, I thought.... then ... I thought... why not check and see if I can still get tickets for tomorrow. And with a little coupon help... We had tickets to the circus!!!

I think I was more excited than the kids (until we got there). It was a great evening. The kids were completely entertained the ENTIRE time.

One of our favorite parts was the Pre-Show. The kids were able to wonder the stage floor and see clowns and different things close up - very fun!! We even saw an elephant paint a picture. In Dallin's words.... "Silly elephant... elephants don't paint. Boys do."

All in all, we had great night!

More of the Same

Our days seem to repeat themselves quite often... repetitive, but fun.

Here we are once again at the pool.... we go all the time :).

Anything to escape the heat.

We have been running to Abby's Elementary School playground.

Hopefully she will feel a little more comfortable at school this way.
